1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
1 can chickpeas
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 red onion
1/2 pound frozen green beans
Dressing
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (2 lemons)
1/4 cup hot water
zest of one lemon
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon salt
Rinse, cook, and drain quinoa (20 minutes). Cook/thaw green beans. Combine dressing ingredients in mini food processor. Toss together quinoa, dressing, and other salad ingredients.
