Pinto beans

2 cans pinto beans, drained
2 2/3 cups tomato juice
2 tablespoons garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons cumin
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Combine all ingredients except cilantro and simmer until thick, 20–30 minutes. Stir in cilantro just before serving.

Serves 4–6
