Breakfast rice pudding

1 cup brown rice
2 cups plant milk
2 cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup raisins or other dried fruit

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker (4 quarts or smaller). Cook on low 6–8 hours.

Serves 4
