Saag dip

1 large or 2 small avocados
4 cups fresh spinach
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon fresh ginger
pinch of chili powder
pinch of cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine all in food processor, scraping down sides as needed.
