Aloo gobi

1 cauliflower
3 potatoes
1 onion
1 tomato
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon garam masala
2 teaspoons cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 cup water

Chop veggies. Toss all ingredients together in slow cooker or pressure cooker. Cook 4 hours on low in slow cooker, or 3 minutes in pressure cooker.
