Cream cheese

1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt

Soak cashews the night before. Blend all ingredients well. Refrigerate several hours or overnight for best texture.
